Outdoor furniture: dining table for 6. Lounge chairs. Beach Chairs. Large flat screen smart tv in living room for your streaming pleasure. (no cable). Close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking. Beautifully furnished and a well stocked kitchen.

The house was a great size for our family of 5. We were pleasantly surprised by the additional bedroom (total of 4 with the listing only saying 3) as it gave us more room to spread out as a family. The location was close to both the bike trail and first encounter beach (our favorite beach) which suited us well. We would definitely stay here again!

What a gem! We loved our stay here. The house is conveniently located close to a Herring pond and the rail trail, so basically perfect. The house is in a cul de sac so that was also very nice. The house is actually a 4 BD, which was a nice surprise. The house is clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is clean and spacious. Tons of beaches, hikes and fun restaurants within 15 minutes. Golf, whale watching and Provincetown roughly 30 minutes away. Great location for our family of 4 with two young adult children. Cape Cod was amazing. Highly recommend this cottage.
