About this house rental

Topsail Island Trifecta: beach, community pool, and water access! Set on the sound side with miles of stunning water views. The beach access path is mere steps from the front door and you overlook the community pool from the front balcony. Water access from the community dock. Less than a mile from shops and restaurants.

The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. Towels and bedsheets are provided. An outdoor shower at the back of the house is perfect for rinsing off after a beach day. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets or the intracoastal views sitting at the back deck.

Outdoor amenities: 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, 3 surf boards, 3 boogie boards, 5 bicycles, corn hole, umbrella for the beach, 5 beach chairs, cart for beach transportation. 6 life jackets are provided.

The Topshell Island Getaway house has something for everyone, whether you are looking to have a laid back vacation, or enjoy water activities.
