This modern vacation home was built in the Achtern Diek complex in Burhave. All living areas feature individually controlled radiant floor heating, and we also offer our guests free Wi-Fi access. The nearby Scheunenpark offers play areas for young and old, and you’re right next to the play barn, the North Sea dike, and the North Sea lagoon. In addition to the parking space, we’ve created a large terrace (approx. 32 m²) and plenty of lawn space. The approximately 235 m² property is fenced off from all neighbors by hedges or a garden shed, and access to the street is open. The rental price also includes free admission to the North Sea Lagoon and the play barn.

The first floor is fully tiled, and the attic features high-quality laminate flooring. The amenities are state-of-the-art; among other things, all rooms have individually controllable radiant floor heating. The living area on the first floor is spacious, featuring a beautiful ash dining table with a matching bench and 4 comfortable chairs. The sofa area offers plenty of space for the family and a great view of the 49-inch LED TV. The NOLTE kitchen is fully equipped for daily use. The large bathroom features an exterior window, a large vanity, a walk-in shower with a showerhead and handheld shower, a toilet, and a washer-dryer. You can access the attic via a staircase in the living area; there you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and another bedroom with a pull-out bed (up to 160x200) and a TV. Insect screens are installed on both bedroom windows during the summer. Free Wi-Fi is available. 





On-site costs: The final cleaning fee of €65.00 is included in the travel price but must be paid directly to the property management upon arrival. Free extras include: free admission to the play barn and the North Sea Lagoon; free Wi-Fi; 48-inch LED TV with internet connection (Wi-Fi); high chair; crib; board games; stair gate for children; sand toys (shovel and bucket) in the garden shed; handcart; a garden grill; utilities (electricity, gas, water). Bed linens (€12.00 per person) or a complete linen set (bed linens and towels, €15.00 per person) can be rented for an additional fee. On behalf of Tourismus-Service-Butjadingen, we issue digital guest cards (visitor’s tax), which we bill separately. Security deposit: €150.00
