• Lofts, basement with queen pull-outs for extra guests
• Cozy living room with WiFi (yes, even here!)
• Full kitchen & laundry
• Sleeps 30+ (50+ with both lodges)

Sitting on 45 jaw-dropping acres bordering San Juan National Forest in Wildcat Canyon, this adventure-ready playground features:
• Rolling hills, shady woods, creek and river frontage
• Meandering trails perfect for boots and bikes
• Working ranch with mules and horses (summer/fall)
• Proudly solar-powered with eco-conscious vibes
The Experience:
From hunting to hiking, skiing to sledding, fishing to family reunions—we do it all. Trade city lights for starlit skies and traffic noise for birdsong. This is unplugged, boots-on-the- ground luxury for the soul. If you greet mud with a grin and see pine needles as forest confetti, Mother Nature has been expecting you.
Getting Around:
• Telluride/Mountain Village: 30 miles (skiing, shopping, free gondola!)
• Dolores: 20 miles (McPhee Reservoir lake days)
• Cortez: Mesa Verde, Four Corners, epic biking
• Durango: 70 miles (ziplining, museums, Narrow Gauge Railroad)
Important Notes:
• October-March requires 4x4/off-road vehicle
• Event/wedding pricing available upon request
• New outfitter building under construction (fall lease)

Our stay was excellent. The home fit our large family very well. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked very well. Our host Sara was an absolute angel and William, the groundskeeper was very helpful when needed. Please note that the home is not ADA compliant and you have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the main floor. This was the only problem we encountered! Otherwise, excellent stay!!

The cabin could use a little upkeep. There were also many flies on the ground as well as many flying around. The first two nights were very cold since we could not get the heater to turn on. This caused us to have very little hot water. We spent most of our stay traveling from town to town.

This home was so perfect for our Thanksgiving Family trip. The views from every window and balcony were so wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen towels, utensils, pots and dishes for us to prepare our meals. Everyone loved the walks on the property by the river. Even at night when it was so dark out it was relaxing to hear the water flowing in the river. We got to visit Telluride, four corners monument and Mesa Verde National park because they were so close to this home. We also saved time for s’mores out on the firepit with some star gazing and the host provided plenty of fire wood. We didn’t run out of things to do and see. Thank you for sharing this home with us. We would definitely love to stay again!
