About this house rental
The property is a 5-minute drive from Rimigliano, a wide sandy beach stretching six kilometers along the coastline. Also within 5 minutes, you can reach the thermal centre of Venturina, whose properties were already known to the Etruscans and Romans, who referred to them as 'Aquae Populoniae' (Baths of Populonia). Finally, through the splendid wine roads, you can reach the medieval villages of Campiglia Marittima, Bolgheri, Suvereto, and Populonia.
Casa della Lumiere is an independent cottage that can accommodate up to 6 people with a private garden spread over two floors.
On the lower floor, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a single sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, we have the sleeping area, 2 double bedrooms, each with access to a terrace with a splendid view of the promontory of Populonia and the Val di Cornia, a single bedroom, and a second bathroom with shower.
Outside you will have a large private garden and a loggia equipped for your outdoor lunches and/or dinners.
Nearby, less than 2 minutes drive away, you will find all available services: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.
It is possible to organize a wine tasting at the MACCHION DEL LUPO wine cellar in Suvereto by prior booking.
Parking is available outside the property, along the road, or 50 meters public car park.
