About this apartment rental

Located in Sugar Beach Condominiums, unit 001 is a spacious studio that sits directly on the beach. Private balcony with chaise lounge, coffee table,. and chairs. It features a Queen bed, nightside tables and lamps, double dresser with smart TV, three drawer chest, round dining table and chairs. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Granite vanity area leading to the tub/shower bathroom and toilet. Recently refurbished by owner. Free WIFI ("Sugar Beach Hot Spot" no password required). On-site property manager, and direct contact to the owner if required. Total relaxation! Plus, there is an outdoor shower on the way to the beach!!

The condo was perfect for us (a couple). Everything we needed for a great stay and exploring St Croix. So great that there were beach towels, beach chairs, and a small cooler. The location is amazing the view from the balcony was fantastic. Convenient location to Christianistad and grocery stores. Really enjoyed our stay at this condo.

Check in check out was easy. Great location for traveling to various spots on the island. Beach was only steps away and the pool was fantastic. Beach view slightly obstructed but overall a very good value.

Bed very uncomfortable. Tub very dirty. Back of toilet dirty. Closet floor very dirty. Nice view, good location, felt safe, beach ok. Overall ok.
