Located in Sugar Beach Condominiums, unit 001 is a spacious studio that sits directly on the beach. Private balcony with chaise lounge, coffee table,. and chairs. It features a Queen bed, nightside tables and lamps, double dresser with smart TV, three drawer chest, round dining table and chairs. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Granite vanity area leading to the tub/shower bathroom and toilet. Recently refurbished by owner. Free WIFI ("Sugar Beach Hot Spot" no password required). On-site property manager, and direct contact to the owner if required. Total relaxation! Plus, there is an outdoor shower on the way to the beach!!

Responsive host, condo clean and in good condition. Everything we needed was either on-site or within 2 minutes walk or drive.

Bed very uncomfortable. Tub very dirty. Back of toilet dirty. Closet floor very dirty.
Nice view, good location, felt safe, beach ok.
