The house stays cool as it faces due north; it is well-maintained, comfortable, air-conditioned, and offers privacy thanks to a privacy screen
It is very close to the center of Caromb in the Vaucluse. Ideally located for road cyclists, as it is surrounded by numerous mountain passes around Mont Ventoux and its legendary climb; it is 3 km from Lake Paty for swimming, and there are many hilltop villages to visit, such as Le Barroux, Crillon-le-Brave, Le Crestet, etc.
Cultural tours in Avignon, Orange, Isle-sur-Sorgue, Gordes, Fontaines-de-Vaucluse, etc.
Attractions within 10 km include the Aqua Wave Island water park and Spirou Park
