Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar (with a Nespresso!), three King bedrooms, a full ensuite bath in the primary suite, washer/dryer, and much more. Outside is a dream vacation waiting to happen, with a brand new heated pool, outdoor dining area, sofa, and gas fire-pit! Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
Please note: There are security cameras onsite. The areas with cameras are the driveway, front door, and back door. There are no cameras present in the home or facing the pool. Cameras are present for guest safety only and are not actively monitored.

Our kids were off of school for spring break, so we enjoyed a few days away in Fredricksburg. The house was perfect for our family of 5. After days spent hiking, shopping, and sightseeing, everyone enjoyed a dip in the heated pool before dinner!

My family and I decided at the last minute to get away for Spring Break. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Main St. The home was super clean and had plenty of room. All three bedrooms are larger than expected and provide plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have space when needed. The back patio is perfect for a peaceful evening dinner. The heated pool was the perfect place to wind down after day trips to San Antonio and hiking trails in the area. The gas-powered fire pit was the perfect place for conversations and time to connect. The pool-side furniture was the place to be for some quiet reading and looking at the bright stars deep in the heart of TX. We will stay here again when we return to the TX Hill Country.
