We maintain the pool at a comfortable 77–83°F, though water temperature may vary slightly depending on outdoor weather conditions, especially during colder months. Please note that the heated pool is designed for comfortable swimming rather than hot tub-style soaking, and temperatures typically will not exceed 85°F.**

Please note: There are security cameras onsite. The areas with cameras are the driveway, front door, and back door. There are no cameras present in the home or facing the pool. Cameras are present for guest safety only and are not actively monitored.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

The house was nice & spacious. It was clean. But it lacked conditioner, body wash, and a few kitchen items that would have been useful. There were no spare blankets & the pool only got to 79 degrees despite the guestbook saying it could each 85 degrees. There were few dirty dishes in the cabinets. The location was ideal and overall, it was a nice house, but some things were definitely overlooked.
