About this house rental
This beautiful remodeled 1900’s home is just a short walk to downtown Grand Junction, a short bike to the Lunch Loops trails, or a short drive to CMU, or the Colorado National Monument. Located on a quiet street just blocks from Main street shops, art, and restaurants, we are also close to the river and other attractions. A great location for campus events, retail shopping, and all things outdoors. Come discover Grand Junction!
Ideally located on a quiet, safe, tree lined downtown block.. Charming Victorian and Craftsman homes throughout the neighborhood, built mostly in the early 1900s. Just 0.4 mile walk to downtown Main Street with shops, restaurants and breweries. Close to CMU and other major retail stores.
Master bedroom with a king bed and master bath are on the ground level. Upstairs is an open loft with a queen bed and 1/2 bath- great for kids or a second couple. The kitchen is fabulous and open to both living & dining. Front & back porches. It is an ideal modern space for 2-4 guests coming to enjoy the Western Slope. (Note: the loft bedroom does not have audio privacy- it is open to the downstairs. And neither room has a lockable door.)

We enjoyed staying in this cute home during our July 4th weekend. Great location, and the house is gorgeous inside. Close to everything in the town, even to the EV charging station if needed. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, and the coffee bar.
