Located in Grand Junction, enjoy what this 3-bedroom townhome has to offer. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed (pullout in office), guests will have plenty of space to relax. This fabulous property features AC, WiFi, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The 4 bathrooms include a bathtub and shower for added convenience. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. I own the unit next door, exactly the same in case you need more space. I also have another property in Grand Junction that sleeps 10.

We had an amazing stay at Anna’s property! It was very calm, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Anna was a wonderful host friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and Anna as a host. 10/10 experience!

The property was well located close to downtown and big box stores and our conference location. Our host kept in touch throughout the stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. We highly recommend this VRBO location. We were all VRBO newbies and this was a wonderful first experience.

I thought that there were 3 bedrooms with 3 beds like the pictures show, 1 king room, 1 queen room and 1 twin room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable.
