With just a short walk, golf cart ride, or drive to the beach, the Blue Pelican has easy access to the beach and includes all the amenities for the perfect beach getaway for your family. Some of the highlighted features include a spacious open concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless steal appliances, a large island that seats 6 people comfortably, washer & dryer, high speed internet, Direct TV access in the living room and master suite and 2 smart televisions located in the additional two bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The guest bedrooms include a queen bed and a double/double bunk bed. There is an additional bathroom for guests. For comfort and convenience, all linens and towels are included with your stay at no additional charge.
The spacious outside patio includes new high back chairs and table for your comfort while drinking your morning coffee or evening cocktails with family and friends. Downstairs includes more outdoor seating and an outdoor shower.
HOUSE RULES:
VEHICLES, PARKING & PROPERTY: Tents, campers and large trailers are not permitted. Vehicle limit on property at one time is 4. No fluid dripping vehichles.
ARRIVAL TIME: Check in time is 4 p.m. If the house is available earlier, we will possibly allow early entry.
DEPARTURE TIME: Check out time is 10:00 a.m. on the scheduled day of your departure. This is a firm time unless prior arrangements have been made.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING VACATIONAL RENTAL: There is no smoking or vaping permitted on this property or in the house.
PET POLICY: Sorry, but no pets of any kind are allowed in the house.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The strict maximum capacity of 8 includes children.
OUTDOOR COOKING: No grilling or cooking on outside upper deck. This is a fire hazard and against a Galveston County ordinance.
STAIRS: Guests will need to be able to climb the stairs.
CARGO LIFT: The cargo lift is not available due to safety reasons.
AEROBIC TREATMENT SYSTEM: Do not flush any feminine products, diapers, baby wipes or wet wipes of any kind.
NO PARTIES, PROMS, OR FAMILY REUNIONS.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera system on the garage facing the stairs to the upper entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera is off during guest stay.

The cutest little beach house in the cutest little town! Mike and Mary go out of their way to make sure you feel at home in their immaculate, cozy home! Located so close to the beach all you need is a golf cart and the house is fully stocked with everything!! We had a blast and cannot wait to go back :)

With four adults and four kids I must say this place fit the bill for all. Close to some great food and a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the Dollar General store and Family Dollar. Great Donut Shop also and a great Ice Cream Shop. We were all beyond happy.spacious, clean, and functional.
