Enjoy multiple decks, balconies, and outdoor seating spaces overlooking the valley and surrounding mountains. The backyard area is steep mountain terrain and is not accessible for guest use, but there is still plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the scenery safely.

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, excluding the owner storage area.

For guest safety and property security, there are three exterior motion-activated security cameras on the property:
Garage storage area entry
Front entry/driveway area
Trash and recycling area
These cameras are exterior only and do not monitor any interior living spaces.
Mountain roads and driveways are part of the Colorado experience, and winter conditions may require AWD/4WD during snow events.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to spread out but also large spaces (living room, deck, outside firepit) for everyone to come together. Just as advertised and just what we needed.

This is a great property in Durango offering an abundance of space for multiple guests and quite a bit of driveway space. We were part of the Hummer Club of America doing a 3-Day event in the area. We were able to fit all of our larger vehicles on the driveway which was a plus. The extra garage space came in handy for unloading, tools, etc. Really enjoyed this place and will probably stay there again for next year's event. Communication was a great with the owners.

The house was very nice, well stocked and in a good location. Here are a couple things to know. The upstairs beds are VERY firm. Some people like that, we did not. It was 85-90 degrees when we stayed there and it's a 3 story house. With that being said the NEST thermostat is located on the 2nd floor and when it doesn't see motion it reverts back to 75 degrees. That doesn't sound too bad however it takes hours to get the house cooled down and the 3rd floor is always warm. They do have portable AC units in the upstairs bedrooms and they do help if you keep the doors closed and run them all day. However they are noisy and the compressor cycles often. If you are a light sleeper like us it's a problem.Overall we had a good experience and our complaints are just our personal prefinance.
