About this house rental
Welcome to our centrally located and stylish home. It's the perfect place to settle in for your Orlando holiday! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home has been professionally designed with families and functionality in mind. It is spacious enough for larger or multiple families travelling together and is the perfect distance (15 mins) to Disney and other attractions. Shopping and restaurants are also close by. The pool is perfect for kids (big and little!) who like to swim.
This beautiful single-story family home with a screened-in pool is perfect for your family or group holiday. It is a well-spaced 2,102 sq ft home with a 2 space garage and has everything you need in a home.
It is conveniently located to highways, shopping, and Disney (only 15 mins from the parks).
Walking in under the covered front entryway entering the foyer you have a spacious living room and dining room with a sliding door connecting to the pool area.
A master bedroom with a sliding door connecting to the pool has an attached dual sink, single shower, and garden tub master bathroom with dual closet space. Master and 2 bedrooms have incredibly comfortable queen sized beds, and the 4th bedroom is set up with bunk beds for the kids.
Entering the newly updated kitchen you will see the included stainless steel appliances. Walking out of the kitchen and towards the family room, the traditional wood-burning fireplace contributes to the comforting feel of the home. This split floor plan works well for everyone, 3 sizable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the left side of the home and the master bedroom on the right. New A/C, water heater, water softener.
Guests will have full access to the home, garage and pool.
The maximum capacity for this house is 12 people. No additional guests and no guests who are not listed on the booking.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host's discretion.
No parking on the street. The driveway has room for two cars and garage is also available for parking.
Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host.
Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $200 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $200).
If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay for it.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND. THE HOME IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND THERE ARE ANTI-SMOKING SENSORS WITHIN THE HOME.
IF YOU HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED GATHERING OR IF YOU ARE FOUND SMOKING, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
