Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host.
Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $200 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $200).
If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay for it.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND. THE HOME IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND THERE ARE ANTI-SMOKING SENSORS WITHIN THE HOME.
IF YOU HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED GATHERING OR IF YOU ARE FOUND SMOKING, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

This house was just as the pictures showed. The check-in was easy. The house was clean and roomy. It's conveniently located close to downtown. The manager was attentive and responsive. If ever in Detroit again I will definitely stay again!!

We had a great visit. The home is large. Four spacious bedrooms. Plenty of room for cooking and lounging. Laundry downstairs, so it was out of the way of everything. We felt very at home here. A+++
Also, every time we got in the car we were 10-15 minutes from our destination. Very convenient t. I loved this visit.
