Built in 2022, this custom designer 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom estate is located in the heart of Westport, CT, Greens Farms area. With access to Compo Beach, restaurants, chic shopping, quaint downtown and all that Westport has to offer. Tastefully designed and professionally decorated, this home has everything you need to enjoy a week in the chic countryside of Westport. 5 bedrooms, each with en suite marble bathrooms. Professional kitchen with 60" wolf range, sub-zero refrigerator and freezer, two dishwashers. Enjoy the outdoor space with our Gunite heated saltwater pool, with attached jetted spa and ample outdoor seating in a private, fenced backyard, with an outdoor stucco fireplace for relaxing evenings. I hosted my family (parents, siblings and their children) for a long weekend. The property is absolutely incredible. The pictures—while beautiful—do not do it justice. The house is stunning, spacious and perfect for a group. We enjoyed the pool area and covered porch and the restaurants and other amenities in Westport that were close by. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

We rent properties for our (increasingly large) family several times a year, and come to Fairfield County every year to visit friends, and this may be the best experience we've ever had on both fronts.
The house itself is very new, well-decorated and very large while remaining intimate (meaning I can tell where my kids are even if they're on the other side of the house). I love the fact it feels like an actual home (because it is) rather than the overly generic properties we usually see. The yard and pool are immaculate, it's great for back-yard grilling and the master has a huge closet that's great for parents to actually settle in rather than live out of a suitcase on the trip.
The kitchen and family room are probably the highlight and open out on the to backyard. Both are very comfortable and well-designed. Great for having everyone together and cooking (inside or out) while keeping an eye on kids in the pool. Kitchen has everything you'll need, is perfectly laid out for multiple people in the kitchen and the separate beer/wine fridges are nice too :).
The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Appreciated her guidance on the area, but reality is we didn't need much support after we arrived!
The house itself is centrally located, near the beach, & only a few minutes from the Post Rd. main drag (and our favorite grocery store, Balducci's), but nicely separated from the traffic to the freeway so it's very quiet/private. 5 stars!

This is a beautiful modern house. It worked out very well for our family with a 4 year old year and a 20 month toddler. It made for a very easy stay!

Awesome spot for a large family getaway. Everything is perfect, feeling like you are at a luxury hotel just for yourself. Very convenient to everything Westport and nearby towns have to offer as well.
