Jeannine's house was perfect for our large family. The common spaces were great for spending time together, and the bedrooms were exactly what we needed to all have some personal space and comfortable places to sleep. The back deck and yard allowed for plenty of outdoor time for kids of all ages and the whole family to capitalize on the beautiful summer weather. The pool was lovely. We would 100% come back for future family gatherings. Jeannine was always quick to respond while booking, leading up to the trip, and during our stay. Great communication!

Great location, close to hiking, great pizza, and CT beaches. Great house for kids, they loved the pool, playground and all the toys at the house.

We had a great stay at Jeannine’s house. The house and the grounds are functional, large, and well-maintained.
The pool was a focal point of our summer visit. The solar heater keeps the water comfortably warm, without supplemental heating.
Jeannine was very thoughtful. When we were running out of Tide pods, she had an Instacart shipment sent to replace that product, and threw in some treats for our daughter.
Children will be very happy in this house. There’s a playroom on the first floor and another on the third. There are toys and children’s books all over – not to mention pool toys. And, yes, TVs in several rooms, including a very large one in the great room.
The neighborhood is excellent for walks: quiet, shaded by abundant trees, and with many striking houses.
We appreciated Jeannine’s hospitality and hope to return.
