Archontiko Aliki is an old, traditional village house in the mountainous rural village of Sgourades. It keeps its authentic character and is ideal for nature or hiking lovers who wish to rest in peace and tradition, away from the noisy tourist and cosmopolitan resorts. Archontiko Aliki is a semi-detached property in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by other traditional village houses. This simple property is located on the main street of the small village, has two air-conditioned bedrooms and private parking, and offers an unsurpassed view of the mountainside and the unspoiled countryside.


Layout

The entrance is directly from the small central road. It leads to a narrow space on the upper level, which consists of 2 airy double bedrooms with windows that look far to the sea, an auxiliary area that remains closed, and an internal wooden staircase that descends on the ground floor. This part of the house comprises a single open space that hosts comfortable traditional living and a dining room. The extension leads to a small but fully equipped kitchen and a family bathroom.
To the left of it, there is an external door that leads to a bright, roofed sitting area with large windows and views of the green slopes of the mountain.

Its roof, accessed from the upper level, has been turned into a superb balcony that seems to hang on the hillside, with an unsurpassed view of the countryside and all the facilities for rest or tranquillity.



The Location

Archontiko Aliki is a simple village house furnished to the standards and needs of the locals but comfortable for those who would like to stay somewhere traditional and among the mountain villagers. The cosmopolitan Roda and Acharavi, with beautiful beaches, are only 10.0 km away, while the mountain village of Episkepsi, with its traditional tavernas, is about 4.0 km or a 5-minute drive.
