Modern, Luxurious, brand new holiday rental, ideally located in La Cala de Mijas with sea views and only 5 minute's walk to the beach shops and restaurants. This apartment has everything you will need for a perfect family holiday. The property sleeps 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms 2 of which are en suite. The open plan living area opens onto a large westerly facing sunny terrace where you can enjoy sea views. The community has lift access to all levels. The apartment is well equipped with all the mod cons including fibre optic internet, a smart TV with access to Netflix and several UK TV channels, Conditioning and heating.
Your well-equipped private outdoor area includes a covered terrace. Pool hours and availability may change due to circumstances beyond the host's control.
Public transport links are located within walking distance.
There is an underground parking space available.

Location fantastic, apartment and complex spotless and all the amenities in the apartment you would expect for our stay. Only thing I’d expect is some linen changes to be included for the trip as it was a bit tricky getting bedding dry on balcony. I thought €50 for 3 beds was excessive so did it myself. Apart from that this is a fantastic complex, management team were very helpful. Would 100% stay again but owners have now put prices up too much for 2025!
