Stayed here with my family for a reunion. The neighborhood is close to Connecticut Ave NW close to Dupont Circle and Embassy Row. The home was as pictures depicted, and liked that all rooms had their own bathrooms which was great for a party of 8. Additionally, a half bath located on the second/main floor which was convenient. The townhome has a main entry way on the first floor (street level) with 4 levels, the bedrooms located on the 3rd and 4th floors, there are many steps! There is an additional roof level that offers great views of DC. There was no street parking, which was not an issue for us. Permit parking for zones 1 and 2 was required to park. We ubered when needed. The location, although close to Connecticut, did not offer much in grocery shopping or restaurants, it is a very quiet neighborhood. The are only 2 TVs in the home, one average/small size on the main floor, the other in a bedroom. There is a nice sitting room/library on the 3rd floor, with a fireplace, but no TV, so the space was not utilized. The kitchen was well stocked. Coffeemaker and tea kettle provided with supplies. There is a backyard patio off the kitchen area with a table and chairs that we did not utilize. It needed cleaning/attention and the mosquitos outside during our stay was crazy.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant, the home suited our needs to have an enjoyable family reunion.
