Luxury home with 9 Bedrooms, 8.5 Baths – 2 minutes walking to metro station.

We had a fabulous stay and would absolutely come back! The home was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of 16. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the beds were very comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and there was plenty of seating for everyone to gather together at mealtime. The kids especially loved the backyard and spent so much time playing outside.Short walk to the subway so getting downtown was easy.This home made our trip easy, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommend!

Secured this property for a reunion of 13. Everyone had their own bed, and the rooms were large, well lit and temparature perfect. I must make special mention of the beds -- they were amazing. So much so I had to ask the host where the mattresses were purchased. Every morning there'd be a comment on how well they slept. The driveway fit eight cars tightly, but nicely. The metro is literally across the street; you can see it out the kitchen window.If you don't feel like driving, an inexpensive Uber could take you to any of the nearby restaurants. We all had a marvelous time and would stay here again.The picture of the exterior is deceiving. Trust me. Every description is spot on. There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, for those (like me) who must have a morning cup. Bathrooms are nicely appointed, the water pressure is good and there is a washer and dryer on each floor.

Our youngest said he’d give this property a 100 out of 10!! This property was an amazing gathering place for 4 families and a grandpa! to meet together and spend a fun filled week in the DC area. We really appreciated the size of each of the rooms, the large closets (and hangers!), and that each room had their own bathroom. The kids in our group- ranging from 2 to 17- LOVED all the games & activities downstairs. It was a great hang out space for them. The kitchen was large enough for all of us (we had 4 families staying together), had plenty of plates, cups, etc for everyone, and seating. The main living room also was plenty large for our group to gather . We even enjoyed the outdoor space for grilling, hanging out, eating, and an Easter egg hunt. We could go on and on about how incredible this house was! It was so nice not to feel cramped. There really was enough room to play, eat, hang out, watch movies, play games, and more. The host responded quickly to our questions and sent someone to fix a broken door handle the next day. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
