Villa Aida is a newly renovated property in Vence that offers high standard accommodation and is the ideal holiday home in the South of France.
The villa is divided over 2 floors with a large living and open plan kitchen / dining on the ground floor. Large French doors lead from these areas onto the garden and pool area.
There is a large kitchen, fully equipped with a spacious back kitchen and pantry.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with their own shower room. These rooms are ideal to be shared by one family or the children as they communicate.
On the first floor a further 3 double bedrooms can be found, again each with their own bathroom, and 2 have a balcony overlooking the stunning sea views.
All bedrooms are equipped with a flatscreen TV.
From the main living areas large doors open onto the garden and covered terrace with gaz barbecue where guests will enjoy beautiful al-fresco lunches and dinners. The pool is free from and approximately 9x4 metres (can be heated upon request)
