This is a family home so trimmed elements to keep the children in particular.
The house is sunny from 8h to 21h, it feels good (the few tenants who have gone have always wanted to go)
The SDBs and toilets just been redone.
The Chbs are large and bright.
The garden is 750m2 and without danger (apparently) for children.
There are no neighbors in front of the house which allows to really be at home on the front terrace.
