Stylish and comfortable, with lots of places to sit and chill out. Kitchen was a lovely space with nearly everything you could need. Bedrooms were spacious.
It is a bit hard to see from the road. We found it ok with the what three words reference but my family went past a couple of times! We would have liked a bin bag.

3rd bedroom very small double - probably 4ft - too small and unexpected
no cushions for outside furniture
