Absolutely loved it and would stay again

Stylish and comfortable, with lots of places to sit and chill out. Kitchen was a lovely space with nearly everything you could need. Bedrooms were spacious.

It is a bit hard to see from the road. We found it ok with the what three words reference but my family went past a couple of times! We would have liked a bin bag.

Lovely and comfortable!

Almost everything. We were told there was no microwave but there was - and an air fryer! I would mention that in the description...

Just a couple of niggles: there were 8 of us but only 7 dining chairs (one was in the utility room with a broken leg) and only just enough plates and forks for 8 people meaning we had to keep washing up. And the fact that you couldn't access BBC iPlayer.

Lots of living room space, big well-equipped kitchen

Couldn't get underfloor heating in bathrooms to work, dishwasher not working well, cleanliness could have been better, one double bed was a bit too small

I expected a luxury house and it wasn't - I wouldn't book again

good bathrooms plenty of space comfy sofas good bed in master bedroom parking for at least 3 cars

Busy noisy road right next to house 3rd bedroom very small double - probably 4ft - too small and unexpected no cushions for outside furniture no oven gloves garden messy no information about surrounding area walks etc

Generally, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a funky house.

This is a wonderfully funky house, nicely decorated and fitted out - my teens loved it. Comfy sofas to lounge in 4 TVs in different rooms so no arguing about what to watch. Free Wifi. The kitchen is large and airy, generally well equipped. The whole house is spacious and we could breathe and not be on top of each other. My dog also enjoyed pottering about in the secure garden. There is decent parking on a driveway. The location in terms of reaching Oxford and other parts of the Cotswolds are good - 10 minutes to Thrifthill park and ride, 25 minute drive into Oxford for dinner, 25 minute drive to Blenheim Palace (but see below).

Just a few small things to note: 1. Generally, the owners are very good with communications, but the timing of a request for a £200 damages deposit was sent after the cancellation date, and just a few days before we were due to stay. It was a bit of a shock. The request itself is not unreasonable but it was not mentioned in either the booking pages of "Booking.com" nor the first email that the owners sent straight after the booking was made. They did however apologise and said they had made a note of my feedback and would communicate this T&C earlier to clients in future. 2. There was no microwave, which seemed a little unusual. 3. If you have a baby/toddler, note, that whilst there are 3 large and lovely showers, there is no bath, and no baby bath available (although there is a high chair for feeding) so bathing young kids maybe something to think about. 4. The biggest issue, which the owners cannot do anything about, is the location - it is on a rural road, but it is clearly a commuter route, and the road traffic noise between 6-9am is VERY loud (another reviewer did mention this). So my advice is bring good ear plugs for the master bedroom especially, unless you are an early riser!

Very spacious, well thought out. Very clean and comfortable and very well decorated. Showers good. Lovely view from end of the garden.

There were no oven gloves! Only two thin tea towels! Garden could do with some comfortable seating and tidying up. Very busy road

Location was really stunning, house it self very comfotable, we found what ever we need in the house.
