- easy checkin/out - very clean appartment - good location to explore Rijeka, or even Istria's other beaches/cities - complete seaview: from bed, from jakuzzi, from balcony - parking spot next to the house - restaurant on the groundfloor is the best one in the area. Breakfast is there, continetal breakfast with several options - equipments in the room are easily useable (although, they give you instructions in writing and when you arrive) - sunshade - English languge
- what is 99% the advantage, in 1% the restaurant can give you some headache with noise and smoking, but with closed doors and AC it's nothing.
