I liked the spacious apartament, the location (on the beach), the food at the restaurant down stairs , the beer at the beach bar. Also, it is very close to the old town of Nesebar , where there are a lot of good restaurants

The apartment was very nice, modern, and spotless, photos were matching the apartment. Its location was perfect—close to everything you might need: restaurants, supermarkets, and just a few steps down to a beautiful beach. From the apartment you could even hear the waves of the sea, which made it extra special. We ate at Niko’s nearby, where the food was fresh and tasty, and the service was quick. The apartment was cleaned daily to a very high standard, and communication with the manager was always prompt and helpful.
The only thing worth mentioning is that there is a pool just below the apartment, which can sometimes be a bit noisy. If you’re a late sleeper, closing the windows helps to block out the voices and sounds.

The location was very good, and the property offered convenient paid parking at around 12 euros per day. The apartment had slightly outdated furniture, but it was overall consistent with the price paid.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We received a receipt for the cash deposit, and it was fully refunded at the end of our stay, which we appreciated.
One downside was the situation with the sunbeds: most were already reserved with towels early in the morning, although many remained unused. By 10 AM, we couldn’t find any available sunbeds. Later, we noticed some extra sunbeds stacked in a hallway, but by then it was too late — we had already decided to visit another town instead.
Also, the sandy beach nearby is extremely crowded, filled with umbrellas as far as the eye can see, which makes it less appealing if you’re looking for space or a more relaxed atmosphere.
The apartment itself was fine, but there’s a serious problem with transparency regarding the cash deposit. It’s not clearly visible in the property description, policies, or anywhere obvious before booking.
In over 20 years of booking online, I’ve never encountered such a poorly communicated deposit policy. I made the reservation one day before arrival, and only after confirmation was I informed about the unexpected cash deposit. At that point, cancellation would have cost me 50% of the total price, which is unfair.
If a host requires a deposit, this must be clearly stated upfront, before the booking is confirmed — not hidden in fine print. Also, if a guest books and disagrees with the deposit upon learning about it, the host should offer free cancellation as a matter of basic fairness.
Booking.com should take responsibility and introduce a clearly visible section dedicated to deposits, just like price, cleaning fee, or taxes. Better yet, Booking should manage the deposit directly, instead of allowing unclear, off-platform cash arrangements that reduce trust and transparency.

Good location near to the beach. Swimming pool was also good. The old town is also nearby.
The playground for the kids is small and a bit old.
