Great location. The beach is just outside the complex and is lovely. A easy 15 minute walk takes you to Old Nessebar which has great restaurants and a lovely feel to it. The view from our balcony was great, looking over the beach to the old town. If you want the party places, the south end of Sunny Beach is a 25 minute walk. Regular buses go between Nessebar and the length of Sunny Beach for €1 each way.
The seagulls are a nuisance. They hang around the pool area for a bath, a drink and a poo.

The location was fantastic, views to the old town and along the beach. Close to everything you need. Spotlessly clean and a good size.

I liked the spacious apartament, the location (on the beach), the food at the restaurant down stairs , the beer at the beach bar. Also, it is very close to the old town of Nesebar , where there are a lot of good restaurants
