Locatie excelenta, spatioasa si cu o terasa placuta. Bucatarie mare pentru cine prefera sa prepare cate ceva.

S-a dorit un apartament vintage, dar este un pic prea mult. Ar trebui reconditionat mobilierul, plus ca totul este mult prea incarcat. Intri intr-un apartament inchis, neaerisit,imbacsit. Nu intra lumina in camere deloc si este si decorat cu culori atat de inchise,incat nu poti sta fara lumina aprinsa in timpul zilei. Plus ca jaluzelele sunt atat de vechi, ca am incercat sa ridic una si s-a desprins. Noi nu am reusit sa le riducam, ne-a fost frica sa nu cada toate. Totul da senzatia ca este uzat in camere. Se sta prost cu izolarea fonica, se aude tot prin geamuri si usile balconului. Si lucrul care m-a deranjat mult, nu scrie nicaieri in descriere ca este cu autogospodarire. In 5 zile cat am stat, nu s-a ridicat gunoiul, nu s-a facut curat, nu s-au schimbat prosoape si lenjeria. Daca iti place in concediu sa te autogospodaresti este perfect, dar sa mentioneze in descriere. Si as dori sa intelegeti de ce sunt atat de dezamagita de aceast apartament! Am dorit atat de mult sa-mi fac concediul in el, incat a trebuit sa-mi modific programarea de concediu in functie de perioada in care era liber. Plus ca este curat, dar o curatenie superficiala, in dulapuri era stratul de praf, plus un miros de statut.Este atat de mare apartamentul, incat probabil nici nu are cum sa faca o curatenie temeinica!

Just to confirm the high rating of this location. All the previous good reviews were true. Short description of the apartment: 2 huge bedrooms, 1 bathroom (2 sinks), 1 large kitchen (no livingroom), 1 service room (good to store luggage or beach stuff) and 2 terraces, one facing the back (acces from kitchen) and one facing the front (acces from one bedroom). Situated at first floor, owners family living at ground floor and at second floor. Situated on a quiet street, no traffic, no souvenir shops, no restaurants on this street. But very close to everything in the old town. It was clean, pleasant, the owner is nice and helpful, while the Nessebar old town is an outdoor museum. Access with car was not allowed in the town, except twice: once for checking and once for checkout. Parked in the large public parking of the town (a few minutes from the apartment), costs 7.5 Eur/day which is a good price comparing with other locations in the Nessebar - Sunny beach area.

Minor suggestion which doesn't affect my perfect rating: No mosquito net in one bedroom (the one without balcony). Mosquito nets are only on the balcony doors, not on windows. This makes a bit difficult refreshing the air in that bedroom. Not related to this apartment but to Bulgaria: I found it more expensive comparing to last years with at least 30-40%, probably because of general global crises (wars) combined with local conversion to Euro. Few examples: parking was 8lv/day last year, now it is 7.5 Eur. One portion of mussels (from local farming) at my favourite restaurant was 14 lv last year, now it is 10 Eur. These are just a few examples (local parking and local mussels farming) that may be unrelated to wars or any other global context. So be aware when you plan your next holiday here, add at least 30% to your budget 😊

Amplasarea chiar în inima Nesebarului vechi, amabilitatea gazdei, mărimea și curățenia camerei. Apă caldă și căldură. Mașina parcată chiar în fața balconului. Un supermarket la 50 metri de locație.

The place was beautiful, super close to the Black Sea, in picturesque Nesebar. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, and out host was super kind and lovely. Would definitely return for a second stay!
