Bedrooms at Electric Press near Sheffield City Centre

It’s a perfect place for students to stay with all the facilities you would need including a kitchen, gym, laundry and even a cinema room! The property is also located near a supermarket and is within walking distance to the university and the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and Sheffield Children’s Hospital as well as Weston Park. The property was clean and had the basic Amar ties which was perfect for a short stay.

The system of collecting keys from a service station which is located a 10 min walk from the property is not the best idea especially if you’re travelling later in the evening or night. Additionally, it’s important to make sure that you have been sent a code for picking up the key as I had not been sent my key collection code which resulted in me waiting for 2h at the service station late at night which caused a lot of stress. Additionally, there wasn’t a proper number given to contact someone if there were issues picking up the keys as I had to call a lot of different people before reaching the right person.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. It was fairly easy to collect the keys close by the property and drop them off by the reception. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, bathroom and the kitchen. I could not have asked for a better and more pleasant stay especially with the budget that I have as a young scholar.

The conditions were very good, and loads of facilities like kitchen, gym, cinema, pool table, laundry. Tesco superstore was conveniently a 5 minute walk away.

I would be nicer if it were closer to the city centre and key collection wasn’t so confusing (I was told to collect and return at a gas station 10 mins away but when I went there I was directed straight to the accommodation after 30 minutes). It would also be improved if more utilities like bin bags and hair dryer could be provided.
