Hotel Orion Nowy Sącz Chełmiec

Dobre sniadanie, wygodny parking. Restauracja w obiekcie. Atrakcyjna cena w stosunku do oferowanej uslugi. Hotel przyjazny pieskom.

Numer pokoju był duży, czysty i komfortowy. Było w nim również ciepło, biorąc pod uwagę porę zimową. Byłem tam tylko jedną noc, więc nie mam na co narzekać.

Z powodu niedziałającego klucza elektronicznego musiałem cztery razy chodzić z pokoju do recepcji, ale ostatecznie udało się załatwić sytuację - dali mi klucz fizyczny 😄

Miła obsługa, czysto, przyjemnie i z dostępem do strefy rozrywki w postaci kręgi/ bilarda. Jedzenie smaczne i świeże, wystarczająco urozmaicone.

Brak suszarki w pokoju, ale można wypożyczyć na recepcji

The reception staff member- the young lady with dark hair and glasses, was extremely friendly and helpful. When I found I had not been given an upgraded room (for which I had paid) she did everything she could to resolve this by giving me an alternative room. Unfortunately, by this time (after dinner) I was too tired to move my things and although she offered to help with that, I had had a long day so decided to stay where I was in 303. I would argue that it is a ‘hotel’ - it was a big building with rooms. Very modern but without any traditional hospitality aspects. I am sure it will have some demographic who likes it. On the second night, I came back to an unserviced room but the receptionist (tall, blond) could not help. Not her fault because, as far as I could see, there appeared to be no back-up staff to assist. Probably the strangest ‘hotel’ I have ever experienced.

As stated above, all glitz with absolutely no personality.
