Almyriki Apartment

Location 100m to the beach. Very big apartment, with a nice terrace, from where you could see the sea.

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. Very comfortable, our family of 8 had a very good stay there. It is very clean and has all the things one needs for sleeping or cooking. The espresso machine was very useful. Air conditioning was quiet and efficient. There is a wrap around terrace with a view to the sea were we spent every evening. A few steps from the beach, a pizza place and a restaurant in front. 5 minutes walking to the "supermarket", 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes driving to Lidl. At the time, our apartment was the only one with guests in the house so it was like having the whole house for ourselves, nobody to walk up and down the stairs to disturb us. We decided to spend a big part of our time in Nea Roda, we found the beach nicer there. Thank you Irene for the welcome gifts, the bottle of wine was very much appreciated!

Absolutely no problems with the apartment itself. One thing that may be a problem with some people would be the cafe bar downstairs having parties every night, sometimes quite loud. In the weekend they tuned down the party around 1 am only to start it again pretty loud at 5:30 am. But I guess it's good when people are happy! We did not have a huge problem with this, it was just unexpected. Some people in our party complained about beds harder than they would like. There are areas, like in front of the house that are neglected, with garbage and stray dogs (friendly though). It looks like Ierissos is developing, there's construction work being done in many places.

The apartment is just as it is presented on the photos. Clean, spacious. Three big bedrooms each with TV with netflix and other hundreds of channels on top of the big TV in the living room. Each room has direct access to the big common terrasse. Big bathroom with jacuzzi and a separate shower. Washing machine also provided in the bathroom. Kitchen equipped with all utilities, modern oven, dishwasher, kitchen utilities, refrigerator with separate big freezing compartment. Balcony that surrounds the whole apartment and a spacious front balcony with a modern wooden table that accommodates more than 8 people for dinner. And of course here is the barbeque utility very elegantly placed on the balcony and very conveniently situated near the big wooden balcony table. Linens, sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, shampoos, washing detergent, liquid soap, mosquito protection, all you require for a comfortable stay. The blue flagged clean sandy beach with crystal clear seas of Ierissos is just a hundred meters from the apartment. Ah, yes internet - stable wifi.

it is not that I did not like but: - the guys from the coffee bar under the apartment can party on occasions. Luckily, the kids and us were tired enough not to mind the loud music. - a bit more flexibility on the check out time could be of a big advantage. - a cleaning lady just to clean the floor, nothing else, on a 3 days interval could also contribute to a more comfortable stay.

Appartment is very spacius and comfortable with all the rhings tou need for pleasent stay. Beach is just across the street and grocerie is just two min away, there is lot of parking place.

There is really huge problem with NIGHT CLUB which is right under the appartment. Club starts working around midnight and finish around 6 am, it is impossible to sleep all night because of the noise and music. We were really deaply dissapointed because nobody even mentioned that fact. We rented this appartment to spend relaxing time in comfort appartment which is not cheap but it means norhing if tou cant sleep all night every night of your stay. I really wonder is it possible to run night club in living area in Greece.
