La verdad me gusta todo de este apartamento moderno, tiene una buena ubicación, parking privado, terraza con buena vista al mar, la montaña...recomendado!!

we chose this apartment due to its location, close to roads and easy access for day trips to neighbouring towns, also for the fantastic views from the terrace, both of these things are true and real. the apartment has a lovely new feel , everything works , the washing machine is great, the appliances excellent except the coffee machine which we could not operate. generous kitchen supplies were left, thank you, air con excellent. tv and air con in bedroom excellent. the full size fridge and freezer was great. the views are amazing, 180 degrees of the mountains, the ocean, the sky beautiful at sunset even the lights of the town and neighbourhoods.the provided car park was an excellent place safe close to apartment entry BUT for us the rental car company gave us a sports model with front and rear spoilers sitting very low which means we could not drive into the car space as it is a bit step over raised concrete so we had to reply on the daily hunt for a car park in front of or near to the apartment. this was a huge stress and disappointment for us as the car park was one major reason we booked this place, also know that access to the car park is from a very very fast and busy road so you have to move quickly to get in and out from it.staying in a neighborhood as opposed to a tourist area means that you hope that the neighbourhood residents are friendly to you. as the Spanish park too close to each other and box each others cars in as normal for them when this happened to us we panicked as we are responsible for the expensive rental car. the locals know each other but we do not and a women came out and told us to go away and not come back-NICE, if you do that to someones car in our country the police and some pretty angry locals will come out and see you. this was very unpleasant and worried us. Nerja is a beautiful place, very scenic and very well maintained, its worth a visit and has a charming town, loads of supermarkets and shopping, boardwalks by the coast.

the owners had to be asked for the wifi code, this should be in the apartment, there should be hooks on the bathroom door for towels to dry. the apartment is like a tiny house with the terrace being the massive part, so this is fine but the space is important for everything, instructions on oven and microwave would have been nice, no one contacted us at all to see if we were ok or needed anything and it felt like this property was not so much for international guests maybe better for locals.the bed is rock hard not just firm if you like it that way its personal preference but it is solid FYI also strangely there is one long pillow that stretches the whole way across the small double bed, so a couple does not have an individual pillow, the pillow was also rock hard so for us we did not sleep well at all in 4 nights. the sheets are a linen mix so don't feel soft, they and the towels do need replacing as does the kitchen frying pans they are worn. there is an iron but no ironing board. No teatowels for wiping dishes and also 13 extremely steep stairs to access the accomodation, makes humping luggage up very hard the owner promised twice to be there to help us but this did not happen, the other issue not shown in the photos is the proximity to the busy road one of main access roads to nerja. this road is a long up hill stretch so the trucks and buses need to rev up the hill right next to the apartment , you are up high for great view but this means the traffic roars past the bedroom window and terrace. we can handle a lot of noise as we live in a noisy place but if you are thinking of reading a book on the terrace or in bed think again. we are really disappointed that we did not have more support from the owner as this would have made a difference, the owners in our opinion do not seem to have a hospitality background and seem unaware of the issues we raised here despite some of these issues being raised by previous reviewers.
