Lovely apartment - clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and nicely decorated bedrooms - one had a beautiful fireplace in it too. There were a lot of stairs but we were aware of this (it meant there were good views though!) and it wasn't a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues it may not be for you. Overall we had a lovely stay there - thank you so much!
The cutlery drawer in the kitchen should maybe be labelled as it is missing a handle and was tricky to find (we did in the end though!). Freeview channels on the TV would have been nice as well but it didn't really bother us too much as we didn't go to Edinburgh to watch TV!!

Convenient location for the Fringe, lovely facilities throughout, nice location with plenty of cafes and bars to have a breakfast or a late night drink after walking back from the centre.
Stairs there were lots of them as the room was on the top floor.

Not much about property itself but management team extremely helpful with the problems we encountered.is very uninviting but is out of management teams remit.
Cracked tiles and sink in bathroom. Communal area very uninviting but is not under remit of letting team. Wi Fi terrible and was therefore unable to watch the smart TV. Couldn’t find instructions to use oven.
