The location was perfect with a supermarket at the end of the road with very friendly staff! The Villa was clean and the hosts replied quickly to any questions we had. It was very close to the centre of faliraki and walking distance to faliraki beach. The pool is bigger than how it looks on the pictures! The beds are very comfy
There wasn’t many supplies 2 pots/ pans the hob didn’t work very well and neither did the oven. Alot of grasshoppers and cockroaches outside

Det låg nära både strand och city. Fräscht boende med härlig pool och spabad. Snabb service när vi behövde. Rekommenderar boendet varmt.
Saknade vanligt kaffekokare då det endast fanns med kapslar, men det löste vi med lite snabbkaffe ☺️

Perfekte Lage zum Strand und Restaurants ect. Allgemein sehr gut ausgestattet um entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Schöner Pool mit guten Liegen. Betten haben vernünftige Matratzen. Kommunikation und Übergabe problemlos und freundlich! Genügend saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Trotz zentraler Lage relativ ruhige Seitenstraße.
Bad und Boden benötigen eine Grundreinigung! Tor zum Grundstück lässt sich nicht schließen. Videoüberwachung auf dem Grundstück sollte angegeben werden. Geschirr und Kochutensilien sehr dürftig. Stufen im Haus sind optisch ansprechend ,aber Stolperfallen !

Villa is exactly as pictured. Fantastic location, close to lovely restaurants and beach yet not loud enough you could hear the music from the “strip” near by. All the amenities and helpful staff. BBQ was great also.
Shares a fence line with 2 residential properties which we found a little guilty making noise or staying out too late as one of the families had small children.
