Zámek Castle Račice - Podzámčí Undercastle

Le logement était très propre nous avons été très contents on est restés du 8 au 14 août on a passé un très bon séjour le personnel très gentils nous avons apprécié la piscine, le restaurant le bar, cet établissement est au top les enfants se sont amusés au trampoline. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés. Merci a vous🇲🇫🇨🇿

I selected this property based on the proximity to where I worked every day. It was very convenient. I do not need room service or cleaning and their "hands off" approach was perfect for me. I loved the pool area and went there many times just to relax. The apartment was very nice and met all of my needs.

Měli jsme pokoj s terasou, terasa nebyla uklizená od pavučin a listí, přivítali bychom i podsedáky pod židle (ale řekli jsme si o ně na recepci), jinak spokojenost.

The hotel is a wonderful palace, probably newly renovated in its entirety, the property is sitting on a hill dominating the valley. The swimming pool is small but it is a nice touch. The restaurant and café are present and offer nice meal and snacks options. The flat was spacious and well equipped.

Please don't advertise air conditioned rooms if that is not the case. We booked a room with AIR CONDITIONING because of the heatwave and we even contacted them beforehand to make sure it was working. Unfortunately, We were given a room without the air conditioning. We would have left immediately but we were tired and it was too hot to go looking for an alternative or spend an eternity on the phone with customer service. They offered us a ventilator and a free dinner to make up for it, which was nice but not sufficient considering the fact that the room temperature was far from ideal, making bedtime a rather unpleasant situation. There were way too many spider nets in the corners of the flat.
