Perfect location close to town and Victorian precinct and penguins. You can walk everywhere from here.
Not really any off street parking, we weren't comfortable to park our ute on the steep small grass space up the back. Free street parking on weekend tho

Location was great. Apartment was spacious and pretty well stocked.
The place needs a very thorough cleaning. Lots of dust in places that aren’t high touch. For example, I turned down the blinds and they were super dusty. I put a towel over the shower door and it came away filthy. Also, the windows were open to the courtyard and a neighbor was smoking just a few feet away, so smoke came in the window.
