Hotel Madison had no breakfast. One block from the beach. Lots of high end restaurants near by. The old art deco building.
Had problems with the Wi-Fi. Wasn't told I need money on the washer card. Pots and pans were in poor condition. However owner bought us new ones. Owner is very agreeable. Also bought new sheets and tableware.

The property is so close to south beach and there are beach chairs and umbrella available which is so convenient
The aircons are extremely loud, without ear buds it was very difficult to sleep. Check in instructions were also not given to us prior to check in, I had to message them on booking.com and WhatsApp to find out details
