Beach Appartment close to Marina 105 sqm

I enjoyed the Alfresco apartment, quirky arrangement and liked the quiet privacy of being on the roof. Felt a bit like Glamping. Good shower. Cheap price. Quiet friendly neighbourhood.

It is NOT close to the marina but close to the main road that leads to the marina so expect a bit of traffic noise. It takes over 1 hour to walk to marina. The sunloungers were both broken and the parasol was missing so no shade available in the sun. The owner lives in another country so is negligent in his care although did respond quite quick on WhatsApp. The kitchen could be better equipped, a frying pan with no handle was difficult to use and caused burns. For those with mobility issues take account that there are over 50 stairs to reach the apartment, personally we found this good exercise but others may struggle. Seating is stained and needs a good scrub. We replaced the disgusting washing up scourer with a new one, bought washing up liquid and toilet rolls which we left for the next tenant. Lack of storage in living area, only one very small table, not 2 as shown in photo. I put my travel bag on top of the wardrobe which unfortunately was thick with dust! Didn't understand why the fridge freezer was on the worktop making it difficult to reach items in the freezer. Ironing board needs a new cover.

A two-bedroom apartment with a very clean living room. The beds and sheets are clean, which is the most important thing in all these apartments. It is located in a residential area, isolated and quiet, and is worth trying again

Situation géographique

Logement mal équipé niveau de la cuisine, 3 verres, couverts insuffisants etc.. l’odeur dans la salle de bain, horrible. L’insonorisation catastrophique, on entendait tout les conversations des voisins. Voisins hyper bruyants. Literie catastrophique.
