About this house rental
This fully restored and decorated house in 2014, in a contemporary oriental style, is ideally located near the city center, in the highly sought-after residential area of Charaf (guarded 24 hours a day). Near avenue des FAR., It is close to all shops and restaurants. The magnificent bay of AGADIR is accessible in less than 10 minutes by car (taxi ride for one euro).
The house is spacious and bright. Air-conditioned (bedrooms and living room). Arranged on 2 levels, in a peaceful pedestrian alley, it offers on the ground floor an enclosed garden and a furnished terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, an oriental patio not overlooked (solarium), a living room with 10-seater Moroccan benches (large flat screen TV with French satellite channels - broadband wifi internet connection), a dining room, a separate and equipped kitchen, a bathroom (sink / shower / wc). Upstairs, a master bedroom with a double bed (large), a bedroom with two beds with large dressing room, another bedroom with two beds, a sitting area and its balcony, a very beautiful oriental bathroom (two basins / walk-in shower / wc)
It is a superb and very relaxing vacation spot.
To facilitate your stay, you will find a manager on site who will welcome you (cleaning at the start and end of the rental is included). You can order him an intermediate cleaning. Excellent cook, his wife will also prepare meals on request. The linen is provided.
Possibility of rental car on request when booking (a person will pick you up on your arrival). Rental price for one week: 480 euros We also offer decreasing prices for several weeks of rental. (NOT APPLICABLE ON HIGH SEASON RATES: JULY AND AUGUST)

We had a wonderful stay at this superb house in the Charaf residential area of Agadir. The location is excellent, close to everything you might need, yet tucked away in a calm and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing.The house itself is very well furnished, comfortable, and clean, with a lovely flower garden, terrace, and patio that made our mornings and evenings especially enjoyable.A special thanks to Karim, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations for places to visit and was very accommodating, even helping us manage things smoothly when our flight was delayed.Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!Fatima Parker

We have just returned from one week at Karims house in Charaf, Agadir. Our warmest recommendations for everything from communication with Karim, the house itself, the location in nice quiet Charaf etc. Super pleasant experience and we can highly recommend both owner and house for everyone else who consider visiting Agadir.

We had such a relaxing stay at this lovely house. Our host was amazing and organised a taxi, to and from the airport and assisted us throughout our stay. We were greeted at the house by the caretaker and his wife, who had cooked a delicious meal, which we had pre booked. The house is in a quiet location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Restaurants and shops within a short distance. Easy and reasonable local taxis to and from the house. Lovely garden to relax in. We would highly recommend this house. n
