Stan je prostran, vrlo čist , na 10.-tak minuta od Korza. U susjednim ulicama su autobusne stanice za polazak u bilo kojem smjeru Rijeke. Dolazak do apartmana je vrlo jednostavan. Postoji i javno parkiralište u blizini.

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated, the furniture seems to be quite new. The kitchen is well equipped and the overall impression is that the owner has thought of every detail. The balcony with chairs and a table also leaves a very good impression. The location is close to the city center and you can do almost everything without a car. It is probably the best value for money, especially if you rent it after the season, like from September onwards.

Molto grande con 4 letti singoli, pulita e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Nella zona c’è anche un ristorante asiatico molto buono.
Il balconcino è un po’ troppo piccolo e più di 2 persone non ci stanno.
