Petit logement très cosy, bien meublé et très bien équipé, petite terrasse fermée et clôturée donnant sur un parc sans vis a vis. Équipement rien ne manque. Emplacement idéal entre la plage de Saint Palais et celle du Nauzan 5 minutes à pieds. Emplacement de parking, rue très calme.

J'ai aimé la disposition des lieux. Le confort, la déco, la simplicité. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin dans la kitchenette et le reste du logement. Aux dates de mon séjour, l'endroit était calme, silencieux, on entendait le chant des oiseaux.
Le ménage, de la poussière, l'odeur très désagréable dans le logement et surtout dans la salle d'eau, la couette n'était pas très propre. J'aurais apprécié être reçue par quelqu'un. Vous devriez aérer avant l'arrivée de vos prochains clients pour éviter les mauvaises odeurs.
