Villa Hedera - beautiful stone house Hvar

Nous avons tout aimé. Il ne manque rien dans cette magnifique maison en pierre. Décoration raffinée, équipements, jacuzzi, plusieurs coins pour s’attabler, éclairages extérieurs, climatisation salvatrice etc etc Et bien sûr l’accueil et la disponibilité prévenante de Sanja

Devoir en partir. La maison est divisée en 2 chambres avec salle de bain. Mais les chambres ne communiquent que par l’extérieur. Ça ne nous a pas du tout dérangé avec des ados en plein mois d’août.

The villa is like a home away from home. Very comfortable for a one week stay, located centrally near all that Hvar Island has to offer, but in a quiet village with lovely sunset views. The hot tub on the terrace was a special highlight. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and a full kitchen was easy to use for cooking meals. We even got to use the laundry. Sanja was available whenever needed and greeted us on arrival. We spent a lot of time in the cozy living room.

It's best to use the parking spot down on the road and walk up the stairs. The door locks can be tricky but you get accustomed to them

We stayed at Villa Hedera for almost a week and had such a relaxed time there. It is such a lovely property. So much to like: - Amazing views to the village of Dol and surroundings - Lovely jacuzzi to sit under the stars - Ample parking space (for a mid-size SUV in front of the house and a large SUV on the road side) - Comfortable beds with good water pressure in showers - Terrace with trees giving shade - Very cool (figuratively and literally!) living room - Well stocked kitchen with good quality equipment and cutlery - Easy to find on Google Maps - 10mins from Stari Grad and Split Ferry Terminal - 10mins from supermarket Sanja, the caretaker met us for check-in and check-out. She is very helpful and friendly. Gave good local recommendations and very reachable always.

I think the host can do better with the pictures on Booking as the property in reality is much more prettier than in the pictures and the description

Todo en este lugar es simplemente excepcional. Sanja, la anfitriona, nos recibió con una calidez y amabilidad que marcaron el tono desde el primer momento. Se nota que cada rincón ha sido cuidado con cariño y atención: las habitaciones son amplias, la limpieza impecable y la decoración refleja un gusto exquisito en cada detalle. Sin duda es el alojamiento que más me ha sorprendido en todos mis años reservando a través de Booking.com, y no encuentro absolutamente nada que mejorar. El broche de oro: el jacuzzi en la terraza. Fantástico! Me encantaría regresar :)
