Say hello to “The Suite Spot”. Manufactured by Coachmen - one of the most reliable and trusted RV brands, “The Suite Spot” is a model 2022 Freedom Express Ultra Lite 257BHS travel trailer. This RV is the perfect size measuring with a length of 28ft. It is an under 30ft lightweight travel trailer that sleeps 8 and has a private master bedroom. It offers a great combination of style, comfort, and convenience.
Below are some of the awesome features of “The Suite Spot”:
1. Size and Dimensions: 28ft, lightweight but strong, aluminum construction, living area slide out, spacious floor plan
2. Sleeping Capacity (8 people): queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, two double size bunk beds in the rear, and a u-shaped dinette that converts into a bed
3. Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, oven, three burner stove, extended countertop space
4. Comfort and Convenience: TV that flips to either living space or master bedroom, stereo system, ducted air conditioning and heating, LED Lighting, bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Outdoor kitchen with sink, mini fridge, and griddle cook top. Outdoor shower.

DELIVERY/PICK UP OPTIONS:
- “The Suite Spot” is available to be delivered at a destination of your choice in the greater Houston area. You can choose from any of the wonderful RV resorts or campgrounds that can be found.
- Guests who have experience towing and have a suitable vehicle are also welcome to take “The Suite Spot” to the preferred destination of their choice. Travel trailer comes with a weight distribution and anti-sway hitch.

1. MINIMUM 8,000 LBS TOW CAPACITY
2. NO LIFTED OR LOWERED VEHICLE WILL BE ALLOWED TO TOW THE TRAVEL TRAILER
3. TOW VEHICLE SHOULD BE EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRONIC BRAKE CONTROLLER (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT A SMALL FEE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE)
