Brak dostępu do odkurzacza. Apartament był sprzątnięty z tzw. wierzchu..w szafkach w kuchni okruchy i śmieci po poprzednikach, guma do żucia przyklejona w szafie. Minimalizm rzeczy podręcznych, niezbędnych w codziennym użytkowaniu,jak ręczniki kuchenne których brak, płyn do naczyń brak, kawa herbata nie uzupełniona, wszystko wyliczone co do sztuki. Parawanu nie było ..parasola..leżaków za mało..

Apartament nowy, wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy zarówno w kuchni, łazience, pralka przy dłuższym pobycie bardzo ułatwia życie, wygodne łóżka, wszystko super, czysto, cicho. Fotele na plażę, balkon z huśtawka -kokonem super pomysł. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek. Plaża zaraz obok . Do centrum blisko ale nie ma hałasu. Idealny i dla rodziny i dla seniorów, par itp.
