Communication with owner direct. As helpful as possible, provided quick and helpful advice when asked for. Quiet area, but near bus routes and shops. Good Wi-Fi connection, new washing machine. Highly recommended
No sink in bathroom a bit strange, so brushing teeth etc in the kitchen sink. Odd but not a big deal.
