Owner was very accommodating and communicated well with us. Bed was super comfy and the views were amazing.

The barn door on the hut wasn’t able to have the top bit open and the bottom closed so we could see out while keeping the dog in. Minor thing and easily fixed by putting a bolt on the bottom.

We got a great welcome, conversation and introduction to the location. Being in a "real" shepherds hut in the middle of sheep's and having a view from on top of the ocean is something special. The bathroom container works great. The dogs are fun to play with and we had a great time. The comfort of this is of course different from a hotel room. There is no heating in the hut, which was fine that day. It was a great experience which I would not like to have missed! We also had a bonus sunset to dream of.

The hut was cute inside & clean. There was a kettle & tea & coffee & a socket to charge ur phone.

The first night it was very windy out & the hut shook like mad & you could feel draughty coming in. (The second night it was calm & we slept well.) There are no curtains at the 3 windows so we had to put towels up. No privacy when changing in evening & woken up by light in early hours. It would not cost a lot to make some little curtains for each hut. The toilets & shower floors were really grim when we arrived but had been cleaned the next day. The beds are ok if yr on yr own or for two small, slim people. It would not work if you are participatory tall or slightly large. The view of the oil refinery made us laugh, as don’t recall it being mentioned previously.
