First line sea apartments

Me gustó todo. el apartamento muy limpio y con todo los detalles Aire acondicionado,ventiladores ,wifi y todo los electrodomésticos y comodidades en la cocina y en el baño. Las camas muy cómodas y un balcón grande que se puede comer allí y el sofá del salón también muy cómodo. Tranquilidad en la noche se duerme muy bien. Está situado en la urbanización el palmeral con unas instalaciones muy cuidadas ,la piscina grande y limpia y con bar en el interior. La playa está situada enfrente del la urbanización y hay restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca Pero lo que más me gustó de todo es la amabilidad de los anfitriones. Volveré seguro

The stay was our weekend break at the end of our trip to Spain. I am glad that we chose this place. Dmitrii and his wife were extremely warm and welcoming to us, especially our children. Dmitrii communicated quite well and replied to our queries promptly. The place is located in a gated group of apartment buildings in a residential area. There house had everything needed for a comfortable and homely stay. A nice gated garden with park benches, fountain and children's play area. The beach is right next to the building (Dmitrii also left toys for kids to play in the sand which was nice and thoughtful touch). Grocery store, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Besides groceries to make food we didn't have to buy anything else. Basics like tea, coffee, oil etc. and even soap and detergent for the washing machine were already there. Since it was winter we were using heater all the time so we managed to make circuit breaker trip. But Dmitrii was very quick to arrive and help us with the situation. The property has its own underground parking facilities with apartment's own parking place. It was quite safe to park our car there. Also ample of free street parking in the area just in case. Overall a very positive and nice experience. We will certainly consider staying here again.

Our stay was too short. I wish we could extend our trip. :-)

Близькість до пляжу,велика територія біля дому,чисті апартаменти,є все необхідне та відчувалося комфортно.

Не вказано розташуванняна на 1 поверху ці апартаменти.Мандрівник повинен знати,щоб робити свій вибір .

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich nah am Strand, in einer umzäumten abgeschlossenen grünen Anlage. Einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Consum, 24-Stunden Laden), viele Restaurants und die Promenade sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist mit aller Notwendigkeit (Küche, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Strandutensilien) ausgestattet, einen Tiefgaragenplatz gab es auch. Die Vermieter-Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen, viele Tipps gegeben, war für viele Fragen offen. Zusätzlich haben wir auf Tipp vom Vermieter einen anderen Strand von La Mata ca. 5km und das große Lebensmittelgeschäfts Carrefour besucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, da die Lage, die Sauberkeit und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter super war.
