The staff at the real estate agency I spoke to on WhatsApp were super helpful and quick to sort things out. When I first arrived, the internet wasn't working, so I sent them a message and within 20 minutes the Wi-Fi was up and running. I also asked for an extra set of keys and that was no problem at all. The hot water in the bathroom wasn't working either, and they had someone ready to come and fix it within an hour. really fast service.
The only thing I didn't really like was that the balcony was a bit narrow. but it's not really something worth complaining about.
