Quiet location. Spacious property nicely equipped. Nicely staged.
Exceptionally clean kitchen.
Individual room zone heating.
High cleaning fees / resort fees are annoying but seem to be the industry standard.
Rail at stairs from parking to back yard would be a plus.
Grab bars in both showers and bathtub would be good for older clients.
A grater would enhance an otherwise nicely fitted out kitchen
I am sure a history of irresponsible clients has ruined it for others, but a working FP would be cozy on chilly, rainy days. Luckily we had good weather,
