Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko parku i centrum, ale w cichym miejscu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Obiekt nowy, dobrej jakości sprzęty. Miejsce wyposażone w większość potrzebnych rzeczy, nawet takie, których czasem brakuje (tabletki do zmywarki).
Przy tym poziomie wyposażenia trochę brakuje sprzętów kuchennych - przydałby się toster lub piekarnik (o to pierwsze dość łatwo). Oczywiście w opisie nic nie sugeruje, że ten toster jest, ale mógłby być :). Brak żelu pod prysznicem, choć było mydło przy zlewie i był też płyn do naczyń w kuchni.
