Miejsce bardzo klimatyczne, na co duży wpływ ma bliskość stawu i parku. Poza tym od apartamentu dosłownie krok do Czech i kilkaset metrów do Kaplicy Czaszek. Apartament jest w samym parku. Niczego nie brakowało. Wyposażone we wszystko. Czysto i wygodnie.
Czasami myślałam, że brakuje balkonu, jednak wcale nie jest potrzebny. Zawsze można wyjść na pomost przed dom. Na prawdę rewelacyjne miejsce.
